The Representation of the Pilsen Region in Brussels hosted a prestigious event entitled “EU Peace: Strengthening European Values”, organized by an alliance of nine European universities from seven countries, of which the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen is also a member.
The event focused on the role that universities and European university alliances play in strengthening genuine European values. The discussion addressed how universities can improve teaching and research in order to prepare students for the labour market while also promoting democratic values.
